Here is my attempt at writing a Dear Santa letter:

Dear Santa

Forgive me for anything I might have done bad without knowing it. I've been very busy. Could you grant me a quick wish?. I don't need chocolates or other candy. I don't need fancy furs or jewels.  What I would like is a magical miracle garden.

Here are some of the things I would like in my magical miracle garden:

Please make my creek look like this:

Please bring me an herb spiral, like this:

Please bring me lots of flowers:

Most of all I want a magical garden where there are always tons of vegetables;

I know I have asked for a lot though I would like to ask for one last thing?  Please don't forget the fruitcake that you usually bring me!

What do you want Santa to bring to you or your family this Christmas?

Dear Santa,
all I want this year is to live in Li Ziqi's house with her gramma, her constantly present tiny puppies, her awesome wood stove and massive pots, crazy baskets, grumpy cows, funky furniture, and her wonderfully stocked larder bursting with cool ferments (and surprising hi-tech beer brewing supplies!). Not to mention the bamboo forest that always has whatever is needed, her super nifty knife collection, and the garden that is always full to bursting with something super awesome.

Dear Santa,

There are so many things I could ask for, but when all is said and done, I'd settle for a right shoulder that doesn't hurt. Really, truly, that would do it! I'd ask for Peace on Earth and that you put Paul's book in every house you visit in the hopes that all people will start saving this planet, but that just seems like asking too much.

Merry Christmas,
Drive safely,

Jay

Me too! Her videos are so relaxing. Like a fairy tale. And she's such a hard worker. Here's a fun bamboo one:

Dear Santa,
I hope you, the Missus, and the elves are all well. I won't take too much of your time, because I know we're moving into your busiest season. My wish list, though I've not been as nice as I probably should be, would be to have the graceful ease of movement Li Ziqi moves with, as well as her incredible bamboo supply, but mostly, her apparent inner peace. Some muscle-y assistance with getting our farm set up the way it would work best, and with the least maintenance, and minimizing the 'error' to 'trial' ratio would be great, too.

Thank you, and God bless!
