Yup, just reproduced the condition here on this thread.
May be due to my Brave browser "shields" being unfriendly to java-code or some-such.

I wonder if it might be tied to pie and whether or not someone has two thumbs up or not? Does anyone else get this message when they hover their mouse over their used thumbs-up icon?

I get the same thing! But the button then is unclickable.

I wonder if it has that tool-tip because some sites(like YouTube) if you click the thumbs up once it gives a "like" and if you click it again it removes the "like".
