In the south when the wind gets to 75 mph they give it a name and call it a hurricane. Here we call it a mite windy...

My clue is b. Hmmmm.... Does this refer to the first letter of my missing word? Or does this reference the big blue shape bringing my attention to a BRAIN?

I found C C M S though not the S T?  Yes there are 6 words ... four out of six is pretty warm.
