I assumed that's why you posted it.  They look like patches to me?

And who has 7 laptops?

I haven't been through 7, but if I went hunting in my basement, I probably could find all the computers I've had since y2k.

If she has one or two siblings, in a school district that equips students with laptops, in a household with parents (or grandparents, ugh*) who are giving their kids laptops, if one or two of those laptops have been replaced/upgraded before the old one became defunct, a house could easily end up with 7 working laptops in it. And it's not surprising that a teenager who's painstakingly choreographing and posting viral videos to the internet has ready access to all 7 of them.

*Both parents might be on the same page about screens for kids, but it only takes one grandparent one birthday to disturb the equilibrium.

She also could have borrowed her friends' laptops!

But, yeah, there could easily that many in a family. I've never even bought a computer or laptop, and we have two computers, two laptops, and two ipads in our house. (They're all hand-me-downs from my parents and brother). And, there's just my husband and two kids in my house!

Oh that's kind of cute. The internet is now this old, that it has entered the "wow that is popular again" cycle that works with clothes, facial hair, etc!

(I think in my house I could easily scare up 7 such devices, and there's only 3 of us and none school age).

She is rickrolling us

There is at least two people involved in the filming of the video.  The camera work is very smooth.

There is no reason all those laptops have to belong to one person.

The state of those socks, on the other hand...

I did a mental count:

one Lenovo (the only desktop)
one Lenovo Chromebook
one Raspberry PI 2 SBC
one Toshiba
two Sinclair Z88
four Thinkpads
one Lenovo
one HP
one NEC
and x number of DVD/Bluray/TV monitors that are presumably running a Linux SBC.

out of which due to battery/screen/power supply/keyboard issues, only 4 computers actually work.
