…… grateful for connections and fasting.. this past week has been a blessing to me because I made three connections that I didn’t know I was missing.. the power of open communication and vulnerability is a gift that sets my spirit free.. pride, ego, or something had kept these wings chained down in darkness.. and I had gotten used to it.. thank you Matt.. thank you Ash.. thank you Samantha.. thank you Beau.. for listening, and for being you.. :)

…… grateful for perseverance..
…… in the midst of what seems like unnecessary hostility, do I turn the other cheek?.. because they know not what they do.. what gives me the strength to continue to do what feels decent and good, when daggers and spit seem to pour from random directions?.. when does self preservation take a back seat, because my heart still beats for those who persecute me?.. facing my demons is the reveal of that which merely exists within myself already.. the only move is a kneel to the ground and mouth shut.. my advocate asks for my faith in him, so what can I even utter?.. Surrender again and again.. because my own power is insufficient anyways.. stewardship is ever humbling, and therein lies it’s essential beauty.. to persevere means to stand fast..

…… grateful for butterfly day.. we did some laundry in town, went to the Saturday market, are some sushi, saw Lisa off, ran some errands and came home.. hanging out with JR, Jim, Lisa, Magdalene, Austin.. good times..
