My arm was in so much pain after working on the trail to berm BB so I made a comfrey poultice. I didn't have any discomfort in the afternoon when I was working on cob in cooper cabin.

Minimum requirements:
  - Create a poultice
  - Use comfrey leaf

To document completion of the BB, provide proof of the following as pictures or a video (< 2 minutes):
attachment 1   - Harvested plant material (either being harvested or just harvested)
attachment 2   - Plant material in mid-preparation
attachment 3   - Finished poultice on a body or in a labeled container

The sore on Herb's foot is finally small enough to use comfrey (I can't have the skin heal from the outside first possibly trapping an infection which Herb is prone to do)

I used my mortar and pestle to get the poultice ready and tied it up with a hanky.

Bentonite clay can also be used as a binder in a comfrey poultice.

A quick "just in time" confrey poultice for a small blister for my kid. Nothing really serious, but it will help heal faster.

Earlier on a hike, I made a field spit-poultice from a comfrey plant, because my kid fell and scraped her leg. This held until we got back to band-aids!
