To add to the post about the kitchen I post 'cleaning the table' here. So I won't have to edit that post.
I use the old-fashioned table-cloth to keep my table clean. I use the table as a dining-table as well as for my drawing and painting hobbies. So there are both breadcrumbs and paint on the table-cloth.

wood of the table can use some oiling
Do you see the difference? I used the same walnut oil I showed in the thread about oiling wooden utensils.
Clean tablecloth, clean place-mat (the others are in the laundry basket), tidied a little. To show the walnut oil is edible I used it in this salad too (of which a photo isn't any proof ... )
I hope now I can be certified for the kitchen cleaning BB.
