Stir fry oily bowl.  Scraped with rubber spatula; fed scraps/oil to the forest.  Wiped what little was left with "firestarter." Rinsed with boiling water.  Ready for the next serving.

There was less thant 1/4 teaspoon of scraps.  I flicked them off of the spatula into the forest off our back porch.  That's our version of a compost (as long as there is no meat in it.) I could re-enact it if you want ;-).  Or I can redo this.

Had some leftover Thai curry for lunch today! I enjoyed cleaning without soap, recently went poo-less and looking for more opportunities to cut back on cleaning products!

Here is my submission for this BB.
Plate I used to serve bacon.

Even with a paper towel to soak up the grease, the plate is still pretty oily.

Not many scraps for the chickens' compost (my husband makes sure of that!)

Wiping up the grease with a clean paper towel.

I stuff oily paper towels into empty cardboard TP rolls for less messy fire starter.

Washing off the last of the grease with hot water only.

Clean and ready to put back on the shelf!

Cleaned an oily dish with no soap.

I was the compost bin when it came to eating the last bits of solid food.

Wiped with a paper towel and added to my burnables pile.

Poured boiling water into the bowl and used my fingers to slosh it around and get the last bits of residue off.

Worked surprisingly well.
