Hello, SKip team!
For this bb, I saved 4 seeds in glass baby food jars. I will keep them in my greenhouse for the winter, in my seed library.
The kale seed pods, I pulled off the plant and filled a bucket with them, then I stomped on them. Then saved the seeds at the bottom of the bucket.
The lovage seeds just pulled easily off the stalk.
The pea pods, I split with my thumbs and saved each pea.
The green onions I rubbed off the flowers and sieved, saving the little black specs.

I love saving seeds!
I have fond memories of my grandmother harvesting beans and magnolia seeds.
She kept hers in old milk jugs, I guess the magnolia pod doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I’m storing mine in sour cream and yogurt containers, as well as film canisters (and several other packets, jars, etc. not pictured)

Seeds saved:
Tomatoes
Dandelion
Plantain
Mustard
Radish
Beans

Steve Thorn wrote:To get certified for this BB, you will need to save seed from 4 different species.

How to Certify That Your BB is Completed

 - A picture of each of your four species with seeds before being harvested (such as seed pods or sliced open with seeds showing) and some seeds removed
 - A picture of each of your four species in its labeled container
 - A brief description on how you are storing the seeds (in jars, seed packets, etc.)

I saved seeds from
1) buckwheat
2) chives
3) hairy vetch
4) raspberries

The first three I collected in glass jars that I store in the crawlspace. The raspberries, I separated the seed from the pulp and dried it on a paper, dried the paper, then stored in a glass jar that I store in the crawlspace.
