AH! How exciting! First 2 squashes harvested!!

Any ideas on what you'll be making with them ? Simply roast with oil or butter and salt or something more elaborate ??

That first picture of Dez has just the right angle to make the bracing board look like really high heels, time to hit the disco!

She roasted and soupified one of the squashes. Super yummy, especially with fried potatoes, kale, and pickled veggies mixed in!
