If I won't be able to use up my yogurt, I freeze it into "parfaits" to eat later. Layer it with fresh fruit and granola and freeze in single sized portions. Little paper cups work great and you can freeze a stick or spoon in the middle to eat like a popsicle.
If you layer just yogurt and fruit or berries (strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, peach, blackberries, raspberries) and freeze it in cupcake trays (remove after frozen and store in a ziplock), you can let one or two of them partially thaw and then blend it for a smoothie. (My favorite way)
