Fortunately, there is a backer with your exact name using the dreaded apple id stuff.  (some people use "fun" names on kickstarter and then it is difficult to figure out which account is theirs)

Because of those that have come before you, we now have a process that takes us just three or four minutes.  All sorted now!

We are still waiting on some final info from Kickstarter and so the goodies have not yet been distributed.  You can find more info out about this in the support forum.
