Hmmm... I'd start looking for parts to make a dog-sized hamster wheel? I know it wouldn't be the same... I saw a cool picture of a 2 wheel cart being pulled by a dog with a human in the cart seat, but the human looked to be on the smaller female side of the size spectrum.
