I always wonder why Geoff doesn't have a tv show on the Discovery or National Geographic channel.
The videos are great but honestly only reach the people that actively seek them out.
Now put those videos on the TV and light the permaculture fire under a nation of soccer moms and weekend warrior dads.
Hell, bite the bullet, and buy a half hour time slot on prime time regular tv.

and despite showing an Atlanta headquarters, this is their telephone # (a PNW prefix?)

All their past episodes are online... including beekeeping in Seattle. They have just filmed a show at Erica Strauss' garden...hope they highlight her ducks...should be broadcast in Dec.
Let's flood them with requests for Goeff's videos... especially this last one.... people need to know that 'cooperating with nature' (aka permaculture :) can 'save' our world :)

It was quite interesting seeing Geoff walk over the hill into a green area. But then there were just shots showing the green area and him walking around in it. There was a rough map shown of the swale areas, where he suggested they could have been bigger. But it'd be interesting to see the actual areas from the air.
Here's a link to the video they embedded in this clip. Unfortunately, it seems it's part 1 of 2, and part 2 is not available.

If you watch the full video on Geoff's site he has a google earth map file showing the exact location of these swales.
Sign in is free plus you get a weekly email from Geoff's site. Chock full if information.

A certain Bill Mollison did it years earlier. I have seen Geoff using some content again in other videos but do not have one spring to my mind immidiately. Anyway, here, you can see what Bill has to say about them.

I think it's appropriate for Geoff to follow up on Bill's work, considering Bill was Geoff's mentor and friend.
