2023.08.12 Saturday, morning entry

Grateful for contrast

Being away for nine months gave birth to something.. a fresh beginning I think.. a chance to express things that were previously stifled.. whether through words, thought patterns, or simple action.. a chance to water the parts that had been thirsty.. when growth happens, the pain can be met with laughter and levity.. and salty drops leave the eyes while the support of fam embraces our humanness.. No longer bitter thus even sweeter the lingering trail of a rose petal’s delicate graze
