Add Art to a Willow Feeder - PEP BB greywillow.sand.addart

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Greywater and Willow Feeders.

For this Badge Bit you will add art to a willow feeder or dry outhouse.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
  - must use nontoxic materials where possible
  - must clearly have taken at least 30 minutes of artistry
