I am having major difficulties trying to access the Build a Better World ebook that I purchased. I have gone to the download link it downloads to my phone however when I try to open it I get an error message saying cannot open. I have tried it on my Android phone as well as my tablet. What program or app do I need to read my ebook? I have tried to access different threads to ask the question and cannot. I have sent a text message and got the answer to go on a thread and ask the question. What do I do?

It's suggesting .docx. I clicked that, and it has stalled about 10% through the converting. I'm converting with the Doxillion from NCH software, which is what my computer came with, I think?

I purchased the ebook and have not been able to view it. When I click on the link that was sent to me, I just get to a page asking me to buy the book again, but I did check and see that the money has already come out of my account.
Thank you,
Anita
