I hadn't known where to post the PDC pics until now, so here's a dump

(Edit: apparently, there's a bug with the site and/or my browser where descriptions for photos are arbitrarily cut off).

You probably used a quote somewhere in your caption. The programming code for the site adds captions with this bit of code:

caption="description goes here bla bla bla bla bla-di-bla-bla"

So, when you put in a quote in your caption, it thinks that is the end of the caption--even if you totally didn't intend it to be.

I've taken the using the apostrophe in my captions in place of quotes, so that my caption doesn't get cut off. (I found this all out the fun way after having lots of my captions cut off! I don't know if there's any way to fix it, because it's sadly built into the code.)

Actually, now that you mention it, the cut-offs have been happening at apostrophe symbols.

I have a question! In the PDC I was introduced to the benefits of drinking raw milk and I was really excited to try it!

However, I'm quite confused because FDA seems to be adamantly opposed to drinking raw milk.

Example: https://www.fda.gov/food/buy-store-serve-safe-food/raw-milk-misconceptions-and-danger-raw-milk-consumption

Are there any research that looks into the benefits of raw milk over pasteurized milk? I couldn't seem to find any.

I think the answer is, "It Depends!"  Large-scale and commercial operations (generally) won't take the risk and do pasteurization or ultra-pasteurization.  Smaller-scale farmers sometimes sell raw milk and sometimes you can find it in healthy food stores.  I've raised goats for over a decade and we drink/drank the milk raw and never had any issues.
