Mike Haasl wrote:To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
Prepare a dish (soup, salad, entree, side, etc.) that uses at least a cup of one of:
- watercress

To document your completion of the BB, provide the following:
 - A picture of one of the plants in the wild
 - A picture of obviously more than a cup of foraged ingredients (or pic of the ingredients in a measuring cup)
 - A picture of the finished dish
 - A description of what the dish is

Clarifications:
 - This is "Foraging" so the plants can not be cultivated by you.

I harvested watercress and made an "egg in a blanket" topped with watercress. I cut a hole in bread, put it on a skillet, crack an egg in the hole, when the egg is finished cooking, I add watercress on top. Tasty!

I foraged dandelion leaves and added them to a salad. Since only my 1/2 cup measure was clean, I used it twice for measuring the greens. The salad also included lettuce, croutons, and a creamy vinaigrette.
