This is a fully playable 52-card deck, where every card highlights a practical gardening or permaculture idea. From soil building and water harvesting to natural structures and low-tech living, each card introduces a real technique people actually use. It’s learning by exposure — no lessons, no jargon, just good ideas showing up again and again.
Some examples of the cards:
Mulch pit
Natural cooling
Cleaners you can eat
Hedgerow/living fence
Community living
Willow feeder
Rocket oven
Rocket kiln
Rocket water heater (unpressurized)
Ahhhh… coincidence! I was looking for info on the cards too. I didn’t realized they were still in the creation stage! I thought I saw references at Christmastime but must have been the previous set. Thanks Carly for asking the question. I look forward to them when they are completed!
Mine arrived yesterday afternoon and I just love them! The topic choices are fantastic and the art work is amazing. The overall design is professional and very appealing. Plus, I really like the color purple.
Received my brick of cards. I hoped it was just the monitor that made them hard to read and hoped they would be better in person..but the font is TINY.
here is first desk (Jack of Spades, top) and new deck, 3 diamonds. bottom) against the newspaper.
They are beautiful, and full of useful info, but ... tiny.

edit to add: I read this card Worm Town, to my mom and she laughed. as that is what she has been doing with our kitchen scraps since I was a little kid!

I voted for the Green deck, but these purple ones are quite amazing to look at, and I agree that these are much easier on the eyes. I'll be keeping one deck and the rest of my "brick" will be sprinkled along the slow meandering two lane roads in villages and hamlets dotted across the south southwest on
sightseeing adventures. A high five to all the crew that put this kickstarter project together.

The font is tiny - which makes it more challenging for us older folks - but there’s a lot! of information on them! Love the artwork! Just perfect with the topics. (I also like that shade of purple !). Also love how the people depicted are barefoot (except Ferd). I have been through the deck several times but still haven’t found the needle!

So much great inspiring information on each card! My permaculture deck is cherished and in a delicate phase, so perfect timing! Lots of rockets in this one vs. hero’s and hera’s. I definitely need a rocket kiln! Thanks to all the hands and sunshine and worms that made these amazing cards mine!
I would love to purchase one deck! Please let me know how to go about this. I somehow missed the kickstarter, bizzy spring just getting back to my laptop

I will gladly sell you one deck for $50 + $10 in manual processing fees. In other words, I think our minimum is gonna be 2 decks until they are gone.

Really? I keep thinking that the needle is waaaaay too obvious.
The barefoot and overalls thing is all andres. I think it is super spiffy! As I was going through early review of the cards, I started to notice a pattern - well done andres!
I finally opened my cards this afternoon. I like them.😄
People have mentioned the print being small… thank you. I had cataract surgery with prescriptions lens replacements. Both eyes, 2019. The outcome was not what was promised to me by the surgeon. I was disappointed until I got to “done is done” attitude, after all, there would be no going back, and finally I stopped thinking about it.
And today, looking at the cards, I was able to read the print and it didn’t seem small. I was glad there was so much information on each card.
My thank you is because I realized today my eye sight is OK.😊
Got my decks a couple weeks ago! And I LOVE them!!! Cracked one open and have been playing pyramid solitaire for days. When I stop, I peruse a few of the cards at a time. They’re well designed and chock full of info. I have yet to challenge myself to find the needle in the proverbial haystack, but I’ve got time. 😅 Now I need to figure out who to gift some of the other decks to. Thank you!! 😊
Blessings and Love abound when you allow them into your heart.
