Since you put this in
medicinal herbs I assume you are looking for herbs that will help.
I use ginger.
These are some others to try: Tumeric, Fennel, Caraway, Cinnamon, Garlic, Rosemary, and Peppermint.
I have some digestive problems though not lactose intolerance.
What I have found that works best for me is to drink pickle juice. I am not sure what is in the pickle juice that makes it help ... it just does,
I have not tried the fermented kind though I bet it would work just as well.
