I’m decorating / renovating / modernising a bedroom with a low ceiling - it’s built into attic space. The existing light fitting is too big for a small room, anyone 5’10” or higher would ding their head on it if they weren’t careful. I decided to replace it with a very low profile unit that also has a nightlight feature.
Switch 11 turned off before removing the light
Partially removed to paint ceiling and fill underneath
Light removed and cables straightened
Light mounting plate uses existing fixture and screws. New light wired in using existing wire nuts
" Let the people, O God, confess to Thee: let all the people give praise to Thee: The earth hath yielded her fruit. May God, our God bless us, May God bless us: and all the ends of the earth fear Him." (Psalms 66/67)
