This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Electricity.
In this Badge Bit, you will replace or install an AC outlet.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
- install new or replace existing AC outlet
To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide:
- a picture of the current location that needs a new outlet, or a socket failing a socket test
- a picture of the installation/repair midway through
- a picture of the finished installation with the socket tester showing a proper installation

This was the first step to getting power to the storage shed. I ran wire to the electrical box and used a box that would hold the light switch and create a plug. Lessons learned do not cut the wire to short, wire strippers that match the wire size are very handy, hammering staples to hold the wire is hard.
I ended up doing five of these and one complicated one with a two-fuse thingy (break the little tab on the black side), but for this badge, I'm submitting the regular outlets. The photos are from two of the ones I did yesterday (thus the different backgrounds).
