I'm not a huge fan of Turkey so we don't eat it often. It's poultry so we made our
Chicken Turkey and Dumplings recipe to use up some of the turkey we still have.
I'm thinking of making a turkey salad by mincing the turkey, adding minced onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Not sure what else to do with it, though.
