Made a pizza.
This is the recipe I used for the crust: https://www.budgetbytes.com/pizza-dough/
Seemed to go smoothly, pics of each step in the process.

----------

Added two additional pictures of the underside of the crust per edge case comments on original submission.
There is no "recipe" for the toppings, but I used tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and banana peppers if that's sufficient.
I tried editing my original submission, but I'm not sure that's what I was supposed to do, resubmitting now.
Thanks again.

Yummy pizza!  I used Paul's polydough recipe, but I only did half.
2c warm water, 1 tsp yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2c oil. Combined that and added flour to make it dough. Used about 4-1/2c flour in the bowl, then added another 1/2c-3/4c while I was turning it out and kneading it. Sprayed the bowl, put it back and covered with a tea towel tp rise.  After it rose, I pulled about 1/5 off, and shaped the crusts.

Made a simple pepperoni pizza, two small ones for my daughter and myself.   I made a no-cook sauce from tomato sauce, tomato paste,  garlic powder,  and Italian herbs plus a pinch of sugar.  Combined the sauce and paste until i had the consistency i wanted.  Added 1 tsp garlic salt and about a tablespoon of the Italian seasoning.   Then a pinch of sugar.  Spread it on the crust.
Baked at 425 for about 14 minutes.
I wanted to take it out of the oven sooner, but it just needed a bit longer,  so I put it back and tried to be patient lol.

Not looking good. I think this might be the end. Wait! Is that a tiny ad?
