Didn’t start out that bad and didn’t end up perfect, but it’s a heck of a lot better! Any tips on applying the paste to the sides and top?

So I cleaned an oven using only fridge deodorizer!  Here is it before the deodorizing.

Here are some action shots of me waiting hours for the deodorizing to finish.

The key thing about this picture is you can see through the window.  That took about four hours of scrubbing.

And here is the oven, just hoping no one spills vinegar inside it:

This is a bit embarrassing as the oven was really disgusting, not sure what had spilt in it but it was super gross. I will need to do this again to get it really clean! It was amazing how much did come off with just baking soda.

Had another go at the oven, this time using boiling water in the bottom of the oven, leaving for 20 minutes then wiping/scrubbing at it. Thanks to Raven's book for the method

I've never liked oven cleaning because I don't like working with oven cleaners. When I found this BB, I had to give this a try!

Oven before cleaning.

Blopping on the baking soda and water paste.

I left it on for about 24 hours.

Door, back, and sides wiped out easily. The bottom took a lot of scrubbing.

Oven clean!
