Coriander
Cilantro plants went to seed, so I saved them and collected them in a big jar, all what's left is in a little bag for transplanting. The aroma during the collection of the seeds was ethereal and intoxicating.

Fennel
Collected large bundles of wild fennel while I was in Italy. Separated the seeds from the stems and saved them in a jar. Very potent, fresh and powerful smelling fennel.

Guava
My parents have a guava tree and we save seeds from the fruit from time to time to gift to friends. We wash the seeds and dry them out and save them in small plastic pouch.

Yellow Pepper
Saved seeds from a yellow bell pepper. First dried them out on a paper towel for a few days before storing in a plastic zip pouch. Already planted some of the seeds and they have sprouted and are growing.
