The
bootcamp has requirements. The
sepper program gives you access to the bootcamp, without so many requirements. Yay!
The bootcamp requires a one week commitment. The sepper program does not.
To get food in the bootcamp, simply meet the bootcamp requirements of M-F 8-5. Seppers supply their own food, but if a sepper spends 4 hours in the bootcamp, that person can share a meal with the boots. And if a sepper spends 8 hours in the bootcamp, that person can share three meals with the boots!
A boot will always get a warm bunk in the winter, but some bunks are better than others, and their bunk might be part of "the cooper cabin slumber party" during certain events. And during the warmer months, some boots like tenting it. A sepper rents exactly what they want - which might bump a boot!
Sometimes a person needs to do workee-job meetings during boot time. A sepper can do that as much as they like - and then join for a 4-hour block of bootcamp time as their workee-job permits.
Sometimes somebody wants to come and do boot stuff, but they want their whole family to be here. Supposing it is a mom and dad and three kids and mom wants to be with the boots for a week. There are two options:
- dad and the kids do the sepper thing while mom is a boot
- the whole family does the sepper thing and sometimes mom joins the bootcamp and sometimes dad joins the bootcamp
With the bootcamp, the boots are focused on the highest priorities. A sepper can make suggestions about what experiences they would like to build - and with
enough lead time, sometimes the bootcamp steers in that general direction.
(gotta run to a meeting - will come back and finish this later!)
