You paid for a mercedes, so I don't understand why you would try to use your mercedes key on the volkswagon.

Oh, I apologize for that.  But I still get the pay wall when I go to the link you sent instead of a download option.

Also, there are other rewards I don't seem to have access to despite the level at which I backed the Kickstarter.  You posted earlier that all the rewards have been handed out and I am simply curious as to how to access the other rewards listed below.  Thank you for all of this wonderful content and the time taken to get it to all of us.

$10 level:
x one evening presentation as HD streaming

$15 level:
x one full day as HD streaming

$120 and higher level:
x all of the PDC as tiny download
x all of the ATC as tiny download

$150 and higher level:
x live access
x all of the PDC as HD streaming
x all of the ATC as HD streaming

$175, $250 and higher level:
x all of the PDC as HD download
x all of the ATC as HD download

Was this supposed to come in as an email?  I seem to have missed it.  What do I do to get my stuff

Please ask that question in the thread that says "currently unavailble".   That was a marker that was used as things were still be recorded or needed some file massage - but all of those files are now available.  If that message still appears anywhere, it needs to be mended, but to track it down we need to see it.  Please post to that thread.

Yes, I am logged in correctly and I have the same email for KS as for this site.  I have access to the other KS rewards just fine, but the ones I mentioned are still giving me a bit of guff.  I then clicked on the link you provided in your previous response.

After the Day 14 section, there is a window stating that in order to get access to the content, I should pay $150 via PayPal.  There do not seem to be any download links that I can see to any of the content listed on the page.

That is the right spot.  Through that you will find all of the PDC and ATC, in HD streaming and in tiny download.

And here you are trying that mercedes key in a volkswagon.   You did not buy a volkswagon, so I'm a bit confused on why you would want to try that.  

In other words, you bought the content that is found in the first link.  You did not buy the content in the second link - so you will not have access to things in the second link.   Your mercedes key should not and does not work in that volkswagon.  

The stuff in the first link is a superset of the stuff in the second link.  

In the first link you have everything that can be found in the second link, and much more.  

Please stop trying to access content in the second link - that will bring you nothing but frustration.

Please focus your effort on the first link - that has the content you seek.

When I look at the site you directed me to, that you say contains all the content I paid for with my KS level, I still do not see any download links.  I hate to sound dense, but where exactly on that page, is there a download link?  All I see is a grid with links and "x" marks, then a picture, then description of some video content and some blue text for Premium Content Forums.  I wasn't frustrated before, but I am certainly getting there.

The reason why I was asking about the link that said PDC and ATC as tiny download is because I'm looking for a link to Tiny Downloads and it seemed perfectly reasonable to think that it might be what I was looking for.  And this doesn't even address getting access to the PDC and ATC as HD streaming and the PDC and as HD download which seem to be behind the pay wall as well.

In the first post of the KS support thread, where all the other rewards have their links, there are links that lead directly to the grid where I got the Tiny Download link from and so if the Tiny Download link is incorrect, are the other ones incorrect too?

Josiah, here's an alternate route that works for me. Scroll up on the page you're looking at to read this, look at the left navigation menu that lists the different forums. The second to the last says "private forums". If you click that, then look at the right navigation menu in the forum, you should see some entries that say something like "vatc tiny download" and the like (or whatever you have access to). Click one of them. In there are individual posts with each download. There's also an index post with links to each individual post. I don't have any special powers here (not staff) so I'm guessing if I can get there this way that you can too.

Paul, I just clicked on every link in the grid at the top of the post that you gave Josiah the link to. All of them except for the HD download link give me a paywall too. I can get all the videos through alternate routes just fine. If I scroll down, there's a section that starts with "premium content". At least some of those links work (running late couldn't test them all). They're just not obvious because I have to scroll down to see them, or at least I have to on an 8 inch tablet.

For anyone who has a hard time trying to find their premium stuff, here is how to get a list of premium stuff you can access.

Go to your profile and click "Ledger & Payment Console". Or, here is a direct link:

From the left, click "DM threads - I purchased/rented".

That's it! You should be able to see a list of your premium stuff at the right side of the page.

Do you see the blue stuff?  Do you see the PDC/ATC downloads?  

Once I know that you have access to this, then we talk about any other issues you might have.

Paul, I think this is more of a usability issue than a technical issue. I did just go down to the "blue stuff" and all of the links work. I think the difficulty is that the grid with the links that go to the paywall posts is first, and seems more like what you would click on to get to the candy. Also, the blue font links are "below the fold" on the second screen full of information. I'm a programmer, not a designer, so I make no claim that design is my forte. User documentation is one of my strong suits though, so I could make up documentation with pretty pictures (and links obfuscated) if you want. I used to work on a help desk and was keeper of the knowledgebase, so I have a lot of experience writing instructions that newbies can follow easily.

Thank you Paul!  OK, I've looked and I find a few things that did come in.  The Rocket canning forge, the Sepp Holzer podcast and the PDC notes.  I had already gotten those.  Nothing else.  Is there a way to get a re-send of the links?

Jade, you are all set up at this link.  Near the bottom of the first post is special links for you that contain all of the PDC and ATC videos as HD streaming and tiny download.   This also includes all of the evening presentations.

Do not go to the other links.   Those are not for you.  They contain subsets of what you get.

How can I download the content in one package?

I'm not sure, but I think you are asking to download a file that might be something like 200 gigabytes in size.   I'm not sure if the file systems of most folks can even have a single file that is that big.  

The video at the bottom of that forum post says I have to pay to watch (I’m logged in).

Which is true.  If you are trying to watch something that you have not paid for, then you would need to pay to watch that.  So, thank you, you have verified that our system is working correctly.

All the other candy and video are working properly for me, but I (and I'm sure it's just me not seeing where to go!) can not find the area of the site where just the evening presentations are... are they included in the PDC videos perhaps??
