If you are not logged on, then you get the message about how this stuff is for sale.

The "merge accounts" feature is brand new.  I think it is something like two days old.  So it is possible that there could be a bug.  I am alerting the developer to see if he has any suggestions on what might be happening.


Maybe this will help troubleshooting:
I tried to login and password reset of the email address which I had used for the kickstarter (gmail address). But the system says it does not exist anymore. So it appears that my work address (which is what I was registered to permies.com) is the only one that exists now.

I clicked on the link to add secondary email again. It DOES show the gmail address listed now. So that appears ok. But somehow the instructor notes do not associate the gmail address.

What is your browser and operating system?

Any other interesting bits on your end that might give us a clue as to what is going on?

Are other people able to watch the video okay?

Do you have any blockers in your browser?  I have a few that prevent flash and other video-thingies from playing.  I have to turn them off to watch some videos.

I'm totally lost. I'm a Kikstarter supporter but I haven't received any of the links to get my Candy.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I design website so this should be easy for me
