It looks like you have already paid for the access on March 24, which means you should already be able to access it. Can you?

I also never received the email for the hugelkulture micro documentary. For me spam email just comes in with the subject prefixed with the word spam, so I know I would never have anything auto deleted. I'm not too concerned about it because I received a copy from a previous kick starter and because I can access the content via the links provided above. I did receive the email for Tim's notes so that's a plus

I also have an issue accessing the HD download for the sessions. As an example for Day 1 Session 1, I get the error message "Oooops. You don't have sufficient privileges to access this message". The url that displays the error message is "https://permies.com/t/66516//Day-Session-HD-Download-Housekeeping".

Other sessions yield the same result.

I can success view the stream and do the tiny download.

I did support the kick starter at the ALLFORMATS level so I should be covered.

I haven't given anybody access to hd download yet.

I am dealing with the same problem. Didn't receive any (download) links to any of the candy (other than Kickstarter Update #11 and the Permies.com message with a link to the Hugulculture video). Supported the Kickstarter at the 120USD level.

I'm honestly also a bit confused by the way the threads are set up to give support. If I go to the "2017 kickstarter support" thread (i.e. THIS thread) the first thing that is said is how another thread my have helpful info...Only to send me to a Thread Boost Feature thread, from which I do not understand how it relates to the Kickstarter, candy etc etc.

Sorry, new to this forum, so maybe I'm missing certain basic things. Hope you can help out though!

I too was diverted to a pay page (PayPal in my case)when I clicked the download links but when I clicked back to the email, without paying, the candy was there. Yay!

It sounds like there were some people that did not receive the two emails from permies.com:

email #1 for all kickstarter supporters:  hugelkultur micro documentary

email #2 for all $5 and up kickstarter supporters:  tim barker's PDC teacher's notes

Devaka is now reporting to me that he has followed up with each and every person that reported this, and every case has been accounted for.  Therefore, our system appears to be working perfectly and we should resume handing out candy.  

If we left anybody out, please say so now!  

I hope to resume handing out candy later today.

Hello! I am getting kickstarter emails only. This is extremely crazy considering I used to receive the daily-ish mail but now all communication from permies has stopped! I did link/add my kickstarter email to my permies email as the bot instructed...

I can see that an email was sent to you with the subject "Permies] Message posted: 2017 kickstarter support" just about 20 minutes ago. It was sent to your @me.com email (not yahoo). Didn't you receive it?

Yes, and almost everything from permies, including the daily'ish mail, would come through the same email.

I dont understand I paid $120 in the kickstarter and when I go to down load I am asked to pay again !  I can get nothing. I AM signed in.

I'm having the same difficulty as Steve Stanek, for the Design Course Teacher's notes only.  Since receiving the e-mail on 6/1 (to my Kickstarter registered e-mail address), I've merged my e-mail addresses as instructed, but still no access as of today, with the link provided in that e-mail.  Subsequently, today I received the ATC candy email to my permies.com primary log-in e-mail (not the Kickstarter one), and that link works to download the candy.  Also, I've seen no e-mail about the Hugelkultur Micro Documentary noted in Kickstarter Project Update #11.

I am struggling to understand what you are saying.

You have supported the kickstarter at a level that gives you live access.   Have you seen the live stuff?

I believe an answer to Mathew who listed the same problems and came back with the exact links I too had experienced so I guess his answer will apply to my question also.  That day I was also having trouble downloading the class video also, which I had not the day pervious.  But today I am going to try again.  However, I have tried to download the tiny download for Day 1 session 2 several times and it just locks up and will not complete the download.  Is anyone else having problems with that tiny download?   Thanks.  Great job everyone for hanging in and helping us all find our way around this tech... So you do have access to the live stuff.

And you do have access to the tiny download stuff.  

And the day 1 session 2 stuff starts to download, but does not finish, right?

What is your computer and browser?  Do you have enough disk space?  How fast is your internet?

Have you considered a download helper plugin for your browser?

Are you able to play the HD instant view okay?

ATC notes: Works from email link sent. YEAH!!!
Instructor Notes (179) cannot get download link... the original email link takes me to page, but asks for money. Is there a new link (I was logged in).

Yes, Paul - given this link, I'm able to access the Hugelkultur Micro Doc.   Still no access to the PDC teacher notes.  Wants me to pay $$.

Upgeya, I asked devaka to look at your stuff at the same time I asked him to look at steve's stuff.   Because it does seem that they are both the same.

I got an email from devaka that says he has found a total of nine users that are suffering from this problem.  He says he is going to modify the database to manually mend the issue.  Since the email is a couple of hours old, it is possible that it is already mended.

I have received messages that things went smoothly for a lot of people on this most recent round of candy.  Maybe I can try handing out some more ....

Paypal wants to charge me for the Appropriate Technology Course Teacher's Notes - can someone help?

Sorry I'm a bit late to the game. I just had a baby so my attention has been devoted to him. I am still unable to access the download for Tim's permaculture course notes and the Hugelkultur documentary. I used a different e-mail on my kickstarter account and so I followed the gir bot's link to add a second e-mail to my account, which was successful, but when I follow the link to the candy, it says I still do not have access to it. I was able to download the Appropriate Technology notes without difficulties.

I just did something behind the server, which should fix things for everyone who couldn't get access to their stuff.
This includes, Steve, Upgeya, Rose, and Lisa, (et al) - guys, you should be able to access your stuff now. Please check.
