I am logged in.  I see the area where it says it costs money and I have to pay via paypal.  I have tired multiple browsers.  They all say it costs money. I got an email saying that I have earned this candy due to my kickstarter support.  Gir told me to post here if I'm having troubles.  Thanks.

Oh I think its because my daily ish email is from a different one than what is linked to my account.  Can I change my account's email?  I can't seem to figure out how.

The only people I have given access to that are people that supported my recent kickstarter.

I just did a search for "longfield" on my kickstarter stuff and came up with zero supporters.  

I also looked up the email address for your permies account and came up with zero supporters.

How about this:  you got an email - to what email  address was it sent?

Hmmm strange.  I supported the kick starter and it should be under "Longfield".  The email address is unfortunately not the one that is associated with my account but it is what I get my dailyish email on which is "arcaneresistance@gmail.com".

It turns out that you have two permies.com accounts.  So I locked the other one.

This is gonna take me a moment to repair.  

I could not repair it entirely.   I have asked a developer how to repair this.

I got developer help.  I think the repairs are complete for this one product.   Can you confirm that you now have access?

I'm having the same problem as Michael=link takes me to PayPal. The first two times the download magically appeared when I continued thru PayPal but I was charged for the last one.

Hi, so I funded the $1 reward here.

I found the email when searching for permies though the bot realized I didn't have an account. So that's cool, I have my account going here, same email and name as my kickstarter, but I'm still not sure how to download stuff, I still get paywalls.

Yeah still very confused by this system.

Seems a bit complicated.

I would recommend next time you note backers should receive an email from perimes bot under their kickstarter email and backers will need to create an account or merge accounts to unlock their rewards.

But even still. I'm very confused on what I can actually download as the download links aren't very clear and I see paywalls.

Not sure if I need to wait for the system to update or what...

First, I am replying to your post, but the quote changed.  So you must have been editing your post as I replied.

You said you downloaded three things.  At the $1 level, only one thing has been given out so far.  

So, for all the things that have not been handed out yet, you should see an ask for coin at this time.

Thanks Paul!  That did the trick.  Now I received some of the premium access emails to my email address that is connected to my permies account.  The only problem is I never got resent the access emails for the PDC instructor notes and the 6 ways to keep a chicken PDF.  I hope I can get those.  Thanks for your help and your time.

I have now sent Josiah the email address of each person that gets to access the $5 and up bit of candy, the webinar "are bees for me?"  

I suspect that sometime in the next few days folks should get an email from Josiah telling you about your goodies in this space.

I found the problem.  

Zach is one of seven people that put money in, but did not select a reward.  

Zach, I am guessing that you would, indeed, like to have all of the stuff at the $1 level?

you should have received 8 emails from permies-at-permies-dot-com with instructions on how to download your stuff. Didn't you get any email? And are you saying you didn't get access to any of the perks or just some of the perks?

The PDC downloads is being wrapped up now.  And the ATC is still being recorded.

We might be able to give people PDC access in a few days.

Hi, I donated 120 bucks, don't remember if that gives me a bundle access but yesterday June 20, I've got an email saying what was distributed so far:

At the BUNDLE level and higher:
rocket mass heater 8-DVD set as HD Streaming
world domination gardening 3-DVD set as HD Streaming
And, of course, the people who purchased LIVE access have had that for over three weeks now.


I haven't gotten gardening 3-DVD set as HD Streaming and I have no idea if I have an access to the live access, hmmm ... I'm getting lost in the emails, help?
