Hi, Bruce

Due to an old desktop computer and crappy internet provider, I don't usually watch youtube.

Can you tell me what are the four safe cookware from the video?

I can guess stainless steel, cast iron, and Corningware.  And they forth maybe porcelain cookware.

The four Toxic ones, please?

My guess would be Teflon, aluminum, and some of the newer coated pans that they advertise on Tv.

What about copper pans?

Hi Anne - none of them will come as a surprise to you.

Here’s the four to avoid - Teflon, Aluminium, Copper and Ceramic coatings. Replace with Cast Iron, Glassware, Food Grade Stainless Steel and 100% Ceramics.

In summary:
Teflon gives of PTFEs and other really nasty stuff
Aluminium is neurotoxic. Avoid using foil to cook with especially acids like lemon juice.
Copper can cause metal poisoning especially when cooking acids - lemon, tomatoes etc, Can also contain Nickel which leads to metal poisoning.
Thin Ceramic coats when damaged can expose leads, cadmium and aluminium
