Well, I'll wing it and hop you can put up with a little more free thought...
Given your pics are excellent, there are some out there similarly good (don't know what the numbers look like). What may add to value is specific detail info on the plant, time of year, approximate location, buggy visitors (pics?) and _history_. A series, sort of a long drawn out stop motion of a plant developing might also be something valuable. I don't know how you'd package that, though, since it would contain a series of pics, a fair amount of text, etc. etc.
But if it doesn't bother your muse to explore how the teaming masses could be tempted, it could be worth some hassle. I have always believed that it makes "work" much better (ie. easier and better quality) if we 1) believe in what we're doing and 2) _like_ what we're doing.
Hmm... Stop motion on youtube with voice over by somebody (I _think_ it
should be a guy... maybe) with a really mellow, knowledgeable, comfortable kind of voice. Just find one of WL's guys or gals with the Most Wonderful Voice (unless it's you, of
course). Or a dialog?
Do check out your sources and see what can be done, practically, to copywrite and protect everything. Because I think your stuff _can_ make it out in the world with the right circumstance and presentation.
And put this in the back of your head: National Geographic. Just in the back, you understand, but don't lose it! <GG> A guiding fantasy, sorta.
Cheers,
Rufus
