Sure, you could do that, but couldn't Permies be on the hook for the GST should anyone go looking deeper into the transactions?
I, for one, would hate to put anyone in an ethically dubious situation

I may be in the minority this time. I am fairly sure that I have almost all of the items offered this time.  However,  I have a few extra dollars and I cannot think of a better place to spend it than here.  
    I don't know how much it costs to run an operation like Paul's.  I only have my small farm and a lot of what I have has been obtained for nothing other than a handshake and a thank you.  For example,  I  received approximately 15 loads of wood chips this summer when a bunch of burr oaks were taken down to widen a road.  Today,  the owner of an excavation company stopped by and inquired about getting 5 small dump truck loads. I told him yes. I said no to him paying for them though.  Now he has offered to come over this fall and do some digging instead.  Here comes my pond!
     Anyways,  my point is, that if everyone who can afford to, would just take advantage of the effort that the permies crew all so often does for us maybe even more would be accomplished.  Don't worry about "What am I getting?" each time. The deal is secondary.  It's the supporting our home team that counts.  
    It reminds me of a small town where the box stores start to move in.  Little by little life as we knew it disappears. It has happened in the small city where we live.  It reminded me of a Hallmark movie with the wrong ending.  Main street is dead, the hardware store is gone,  and it seems like stores are either second hand shops, rental places,  or check cashing places.
    Let's support each other.  That way the site will grow but more importantly,  the right kind of lessons will be taught.  If you made it this far thank you for letting an old guy ramble on. A kind word goes far in making someone's day better and supporting what you believe in are two ways of being a decent person.  Words are free and $35.00 is less than a trip to our local restaurant for my better half and I.  So I will cook one extra meal this month.  
    Thank you to everyone who made this opportunity possible.  It's appreciated.  I know that a lot of work goes into publishing books and in making movies.  So again,  thank you.  For the permies team that put everything together and provided the computer support,  thank you and you are so far out of my league I have no idea what you do. Hello I just purchased this bundle and am so excited to start looking through all the goodies.

How do I access it?

I have many of the items already from various kickstarters, but I don't recall Practical Mending eBook by Kate Downham. I have a big ole pile of jeans in the basement, and I know enough about mending to get the job done, but perhaps there is some practicality I am missing that would motivate me to get the job done in a hurry?

I don't know all the legal / taxation details, but when one selects to purchase, if you select the button that says no VAT, it will let you make the purchase.  If I recall correctly (dangerous assumption), a business needs to collect a certain threshold of GST before needing to submit it.  I don't think GST is generally applied when I make online purchases from the US.  Then again, the buttons could be the Permies legal team stepping in so that they are absolved if we use that workaround.  Of course, other countries would potentially have different rules.

I'm not saying do one thing or the other, but that there is a workaround that allows you to get this digital bundle.  I'm just suggesting it can be done.  In our household we pay more taxes to Ottawa than most families bring in, so I don't feel bad about not paying potentially $2.40 CAD on this purchase, but that's just me.

Did you pay for the items with the same email address you use for permies? If not, you can add another email address to your account. I believe that will make your items available.

Found it!

It looks like Ricki completed the stripe transaction but didn't do the last step connecting the purchase to a permies account.  I went fishing around and found some stuff and pressed some buttons.  I think it is all working now.
