Dave Burton wrote:To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
  - give urine to growies
     - urine must be put in just one spot so the plant isn't forced to drink if it doesn't want
     - this technique is not suitable for pots unless it is a very big pot
     - one pic technique
         - soil must be moist and plant must be a urine loving plant
         - pic includes urine being applied and you can see the plant
             - probably using a jar or other container for transfer
                 - (yes, direct stream is okay, but make sure to crop out your junk)
         - report on what the urine loving plant is
     - two pic technique
         - first pic of urine being diluted (10 parts water to 1 part urine)
         - second pic of mixture being put in one spot for plants

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must:
 - one picture of direct peeing on moist soil around a urine loving plant and what the urine loving plant is
 - OR two pictures: one of urine being diluted and one of mixture being given to plants

Looks to me like two slightly conflicting descriptions got edited together here. For the one pic route, is a jar okay as mentioned above, or only direct application as described below? Does an application from a jar/pitcher need to be diluted, as stated for the two pic instructions? Why would direct application be okay but pouring the same fluid from a jar/pitcher not?

I don't see a mention of quantities. Since a jar is mentioned as well as storage over a period of weeks in some of the reference material, it seems like larger amounts might be applied, but I'm guessing this is intended to essentially be a single bladderfulls worth?

Going to give this a fling with my best guesses...

Over winter I got used to saving trips out of the yurt and messing with the cold air by using containers indoors. Reused jars from marinara sauce seemed a good size.

I found one of the reference websites talking about plants that benefit from urine and their advice varied from 2:1 for asparagus to 10:1 for anything not pointed out as urine curious previously. I wasn't sure what to start with so found some willows that seem to enjoy this sort of thing all around. I diluted about 5:1 and served the wee beasties...

The original product was quite diluted, because I'd drunk a lot of water already, so I topped it back up after dilution.
