2019 Better World Book kickstarter support

I upgraded my $30 to $100 and got an email about my "weird" contribution.  The email asked me to post in this thread.  Is there anything else I need to do to get the $100 level rewards?

According to Kickstarter, you boosted from $25 to $100 but did not change your reward selection from "more books" to "GLORY." As a result, you were not asked for the appropriate shipping money that goes along with the $100 reward level. And no matter how much we say otherwise, kickstarter will insist that you pledged at the $25 level and were just really generous and gave an extra $75.

This is the issue that I addressed in the video. Mentioning the video in a whole bunch of the updates was the best that I could do to prevent issues since I (unfortunately) do not have the ability to make kickstarter's interface better.

If you'd still like all the stuff at "GLORY" we can still process it manually and are glad to get you the rewards. In order to do so, and assuming that you want physical copies, we're going to need you to square up on shipping, which is another $15.

I got a nice email from Shawn KK at 7:45 this AM, saying my requested goodies don't match my pledge amount. You are correct, I upped my backing to the grand sup of $15.77 to get the goodies mentioned in Paul's email, and also to get a printed copy of the book. (I admit I didn't read the directions carefully - hopefully that level still includes an e-copy?).  Anyway, I'm happy to ante up for any postage due to get the tree-killing version, with our without e-book. I believe my email is the same on both Kickstarter and the P-Forums.

The $25 level gives you one of:
- 2 physical copies
- 1 physical copy and 3 ebook gift codes
- 6 ebook gift codes

Which would you prefer? Once you let me know I'll let you know how much extra we need to cover shipping.

I got a 'weird' email, too.  I guess I upped my original $10 pledge to $15, which added the physical book.  But the $15 doesn't cover shipping?  Or.... ??? I'm confused... just throw in another e-treat for the extra $5... we'll call it even :)   (Don't think there's any shipping involved.. ?)   Or... keep the $15, and provide the $10 stuff... I'll consider it a donation to my favorite 'charity' : )

Just a reminder that, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate drop-ins or visitors on dates that are not tour dates or not part of the bootcamp or PEP1 event (there is just one spot left for the PEP1 event that starts on Monday with a tour this Sunday). We just don't have the staff and might be out in the back-forty running a chainsaw without cell reception. Or, more likely helping a bunch of students or boots learn how to operate chainsaws safely in the back forty. Or embroiled in complicated rewards spreadsheets, event registrations, and other data tracking until 2 a.m. in the morning.

Please also ask questions in this thread, the PEP1 thread, the tour thread, or the Better World Book Kickstarter ticket stuff thread instead of purple mooseages, e-mails, or phone calls. If we can do that, I might get more than four hours of sleep tonight...er, maybe tomorrow night....

I, too, increased my pledge to $100 but the site says otherwise.  I received an email that my pledge looked weird.  Please let me know what I need to do to fix it.
