Ah yes, that was the first one that had an error. You should have received a second one with a very similar title that also contains something like "(#2)" in the subject.

Two different forums.   You have access to the support forum.   We have not yet added people to the secret inner circle forum.

Also so far I have received gift codes for Cooking with a Rocket Oven and the Hugelkultur microdoc, have I missed anything yet? As Im still getting a handle of all the emails and permie forum etc.

Like so many others, I too raised my pledge (pre-Shawn's video) to $100 but am stuck at the $25. Didn't realise it until receiving the auto message on Friday (May 24th). Backer #161, in Canada, yes I want some physical copies to disseminate the word (let's say 10 physical, rest e-book - don't trust people to read an ebook, the physical copy would surely be more compelling...), and presumably I'll need to tack on shipping, as I was charged $100.77. Many apologies!! Like others, I tried to check my shipping address, but couldn't find it.

I too am doing my own to help save the world and just saw the email allowing to upgrade.  ( I don't read the daily-ish often, because of time and then I binge! )  I have supported many things in the past and would love to get a special link to get many of the 100$ goodies.   I understand I will miss a few things.  That is the cost of procrastinating I guess.

Looking forward to seeing these things show up in my ledger!. Hoping the ledger lives on forever, as I have been saving for future projects that will be years out now.

After contacting my local library system, they won't accept digital book donations from anyone other than the author who can certify they are given a licensed copy, so I'll need to switch my shipping to receive some physical copies for the $100 level too. I'd still like a couple digital copies, so do you need to know the split to determine the added shipping cost?

I got the email that I can download the rewards, but they are apparently only accessible from the private forum for the book. I used a different email address for permies as for kickstarter so it doesn't show for me. I've tried twice so far to change my permies email address to match the kickstarter one and the permies forum says "Settings saved. We have sent an email to xxxxxxxx with instructions to confirm the change of your email address. Please confirm it within next 24 hours. Your email address will not be changed until you confirm the change." but I never receive the confirmation email so my email doesn't actually change on permies. I've checked my spam folder.

i click on a link for the world domination gardening video  and "we are sorry but this failed due to this not being a secure connection"

I understand your frustration. I've got two small children and a homestead, too. Life is crazy! I don't really know much about the kickstarter, as I spend most of my volunteer time working on the giveaways and managing forums. But, I'll see what I can do to help.

To get the rewards, you want to go to your My Stuff (the link at the top of the screen works, and so should the one I just made for you.)

Then click on the reward that you want. It'll take you to a thread, like https://permies.com/wiki/63393/permaculture-playing-cards-book-download. Down at the bottom of the first post, should be the words "click here to download." Click that, and you should download it. Then check the download section of your computer.

Thank you so much for trying to help people from our kickstarter.  I know that working the email river is hard enough without our kickstarter adding to all that.  

If anybody asks again, please tell them to check the many, many emails we have sent them directing them to a private forum for the kickstarter supporters and we will help them there.  

Just as a bit of an FYI:  when they post to the private forum it tells us:

   - what their permies account is - so we don't waste a half hour trying to figure that out
 
   - that they actually did support the kickstarter (otherwise they would not have access to that forum) and all of their kickstarter information will be in their account

We have worked hard to get prices super duper low for the kickstarter and part of the way we keep the prices low is by having centralized, simplified support.  Which includes kickstarter people helping kickstarter people.

Received an email about 48Hour thingy on Monday.   So I went to look for some goodies to make sure I am in at the right level... Saw the link for the link for in the Book thread "Clean your home with edible cleaners "  Thought I  would make sure I got access to it.

When I got to that page, it said I had to pay.   A comment in that page said to go here:  "This book was offered as a stretch goal for the Better Would Book kickstarter.  Paul and Shawn are handling everything and they have a a thread for all the questions about the kickstarter and rewards"

looked thru all the posts for it.   Looked in my ledger. nothing I could figure out to retrieve it and not listed in ledger...  

No hurry.   just want to make sure I can access my candy even though Upgraded late...

If I need to do something else, let me know.

Since we fixed you all up after we had sent out some of the rewards, we'll have to come back once we're done processing everyone else en masse. I have you on the list to receive rewards as we hand them out moving forward and I have you on the list of people who will need a few things handed out manually later.

I'm having a similar problem to this. I have two permies accounts, this one and one with a different name. I'd like kickstarter benefits applied to the other account, but the benefits got applied to this one instead since its email matches my kickstarter email. Who could I email/moosage my secret Permies account, to transfer forum benefits to that other Permies account?

Your permies.com email address is different than your kickstarter email address.   Check your gmail address and I suspect everything will get sorted out quickly.

We will do our best, but this is a powerful breeding ground for human error.  Further, we offer the prices as super cheap because we will be processing people en masse.  Now you know why during the kickstarter we pushed shawns video so hard.  :)

At the very worst, some people won't get their name in where they want it.  But everything else, we can fix.

Hi Paul/support,

I'm one of the people who upped their backing from 60 to 100$. Kickstarter still lists me at 60, but that's not a big problem (I think?). What's bugging me is I can't get access to the Cleaning book and am very much interested in it. Could you look into this, please?
Also, I am not sure whether anything else is missing. Where is a good place to check what I ought to have by now?

Saskia, since there were issues with your pledge you are on the list of people who will need some rewards to be processed manually. We will process to the manual list after we are finished processing all of the other rewards en masse.

To see what you have now, click "My Stuff" at the top of the screen.

Hello, Kickstarter is under a different email then I use here so when I log in with this account it says oops. Do I have to make a new account under my Kickstarter email to get into the forum and collect or should I just change my email here? I also use my real last name and here i have not.

Lots of emails have been sent to your kickstarter email.   Including emails from permies.   Within some of those is something that says

You are registered on my web site with a different email address.  Just add this email address to your account and I will automatically connect you:
