Hi permies!

I'm just so excited that i wanted to share it with more people. Newly taken a turn in my life (I'm 37)  in choosing to quit my stable and unionized job and sell my car. I'll be living off the land and the work i can accomplish with my hands at my homestead and in my community. I'm equipped enough at home to do mostly anything i need, the rest will be through trade with present or future friends. It's a big challenge since i live in a rural area in a small town with no essential service and where everybody have 1-2car. Hoping it was my last car and maybee my last yearround job. Clearly, Permies.com will be a big help in many side of my new life, love you all!

I found the use of a car / ute made life easier and enabled more things to be achieved.
Have you thought of that possibility?

In his introduction he said he was selling/had sold his car. I'm betting that having a car and choosing to sell it involved weighing the benefits of having a car.
