Hi! I would love to test some recipes, I live at a high altitude in northern New Mexico so I’m not sure if that will work for you as you typically need to make lots of adjustments for high altitude. I’d love to try recipes out though!

I do almost all the cooking (from scratch) in our house - and baking, canning, fermenting, pickling, etc.  I am especially interested in small batch cooking since we are two 70+ who grow much of what we eat. Count me I if I can help!

I would love to help test your recipes. We are not off grid but I am relearning canning skills I learned over 50 yrs ago.  Homesteading in Texas in the country since January. Texas residents since 2008.  Interested in fermentation and canning, baking and dehydration. Will have a solar oven in about 2-3 weeks.  I have experience in proofreading and book launchs too.

My name is Michael Curtice, and my wife and I own Grateful Gardens, a sustainably operated urban vegan/organic crop seed production in Omaha, Nebraska. My wife ibeing a well-seasoned garden and wild crafting cook/Occupational Therapist  thought that we could do testing and help someone out at the same time as way of giving back/paying forward for some of he blessings that we've had bestowed on us over the years. Sure, I'd be glad to test your recipes, and my spouse as well. We are experienced but not professional cooks.  We live the lifestyle, so woodstove cooking, veggies from the garden and fresh eggs (duck) are right up my alley.

Yes. I would love to test your recipes. In my past working life I wrote a lot of step by step procedures, and I have 50 years of cooking and baking experience. I also have access to raw cow's milk, pastured pork and chicken, venison and wild caught (Michigan) fish. I enjoy learning new things and it would be great to have the "What's for dinner?" question answered for me.
