2018 rocket oven kickstarter support

Not sure how the distribution side of this fund raiser works. Not sure if you have my address so including it here.  

Please respond to the kickstarter "survey" that was sent to you.  That's the way that your order will be processed en masse.   I just looked at the records and they show that you have not yet answered the survey.

I selected Virgin Islands without really thinking. I would actually like the physical DVD's. Can that be done? Thanks!!

I added a note to your account for processing after everything else is wrapped up.   When I have physical DVDs, I will contact you for an address and arrange for you to pay shipping costs.

I just now gave all of the kickstarter supporters access to the justin rhodes video tour of basecamp.  Everything smooth?

I tested.  It works.

Hello! I am also not seeing anything under the “my stuff” tab. My email for this and Kickstarter are the same. I’m not sure if I’m just lookin in the wrong place or what’s going on

It took me some digging, but I think that a boo boo was made on my end and about a hundred people did't get added to the list.  So I added those hundred people - and you were one of those.   Everything right as rain now?

If you change it, that should work.   Another option is to add a secondary email, which is an option in the email that was sent to you.

Well maybe not, are we supposed to have access to the 45 min video? I’m still seeing a PayPal fee to view that one. I am only able to see the 22 min video posted!

Where can I see all the rewards I should receive for supporting the kickstarter?
I originally pledged $25, but raised it to $60 on final day.
When I look at "my rewards", I see one item, a Justin Rhodes video.
It would be nice to communicate in normal terms, I have no idea what "candy", "PIE", "gir bot", or any of the other terms mean.

Didn't get the e-mail (five hours after your "candy river begins" e-mail). It's not in my spam box.

I solved the 'paying for the video issue' by creating an account and logging in.  Once I logged in on the Just Rhodes page, I can now watch the 45 min video.  I also now wee a 'my stuff' button at the very top.  For now, it only contains the link to the JR video.

I still don't know what it is yet. Is it just this forum?

Hi Paul.  I just tried to access the Justin Rhodes extended video but no luck. I did have an email issue with my Kickstarter account but they were able to fix it for me (hooray support team!) I'm wondering if I somehow fell through the perverbial crack, as it were.

I see it in your "my stuff".

When you are logged in, you should see the 45 minute video right where the paypal stuff is now.

Kickstarter has not yet released the final list to me of who supported the kickstarter.  So I am giving you early access to one of the items at the "THANKS" level.  

One item so far.  So it seems that this is working.  

If you read this thread you will find out what the formal time line looks like and why.

It looks like, after all, that I've yet to receive the second e-mail referred to in your "The Candy River Begins" e-mail. Moments after joining this forum to ask about this, I got a "[Permies] Message posted: 2018 rocket oven kickstarter support" e-mail. In my late-at-night, two minutes from bed fog, I mistakenly assumed that was THE e-mail.

So what's the title of the e-mail I'm looking for, so I'll know it for sure?

In the mean time, however, having now read this entire thread, I see that the Justin Rhodes Full Tour is that candy. Dang. I'd just bought that maybe two weeks ago. But I'm happy you get the extra $3. That's why, after gathering I should look in "my stuff" from my perusal of this forum last night, when I saw it there, it seemed natural, not new.

So, though I now know the answer to my question, the issue of why I'm not getting the e-mail I should still remains.

Gir bot sends emails to only those people that don't already have it.

So hmm, I did the KS survey link before to claim the reward, and today I got Project Update #19 email. But when I look at the 'my stuff' I get: You don't have purchased any premium threads
Did I forget a step somewhere? :/

If that is the realeased part of the candy reward the last mail mentioned, then yes.
It asked me for an alternate email address too, so I guess maybe it did not appear automagically because I use a different email here than when registering on kickstarter.

This is my first Kickstarter interaction, and am struggling to find my rewards. I have been getting the Kickstarter updates, and donated at the $15 level, but when I log in to your site, i do not see anything in the "My Stuff" folder.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I see stuff in your "my stuff" folder.

Yup!

So I think this one is "solved" - yes?  Everything is right as rain?

More stuff is going out today.  But a lot of stuff waits until we have the final list from kickstarter, and actual payment from kickstarter which should be sometime around august 9 to 16.

I think it probably went to my old email address.  I did receive the 'Project #19 update" from Kickstarter, though.

I don’t know if I am not doing something right or what but I can’t access this information and I also cant figure out how to message on the forum either. The only thing I saw under my stuff was the how to feed and clean your rocket mass heater from 2015.

I just looked into your "my stuff" page and I see both of the items that have been provided so far.  

Maybe you can take a screen shot of what you see and post it here?

The invitation was sent to your old email address.
