The third link works?...Gives me "Oops! That page can’t be found."

Well that's weird...My abbreviated link works but the original doesn't.

[EDIT - I have now included pictures of straining the tincture & refill log on the bottle, hopefully that will satisfy, thanks!]

Hey PEP-folks,
We are working on amassing beneficial weeds in the yard, rolling back the desert plants. Currently, we have a good perennial population of bok choy, daikon radish, cilantro, and dandelion. A little while ago, I pulled out a good chunk of the dandelion population (leaving seed plants in each spot, except the barrel planters which we will replant). The kids have been using a cut tote from an abandoned aquaponics experiment for a little swimming pool, which proved to be an excellent place to wash whole plants (and then drain onto trees). We've been having hot days and have a chick tractor handy, so I spread the greens to dry on that sheet metal under screen, and took the roots inside to tincture. I then cut the roots off, chopped them, and vodka-tinctured them.

I've been taking a dandelion tincture from Mountain Rose Herbs (for general liver health), so this allowed me to refill and still have a classy label.

Happy homesteading!
Mark

Note: "finished" means that plant material is removed from the medicine and the reused bottle needs some indication that this is homemade including a date

Dandelion vodka tincture!
My wife has made this several times, in fact we gave many dropper jars away as gifts, but this was my first time making it alone :)
