Approved submission
Cleaned the fridge today.  It didn't have exposed coils but there was a metal vent on each side and the "in" side was pretty dusty.  Vacuumed the dust bunnies off the floor, wall, back of fridge and the top of the fridge.  Dusted/washed with a damp cloth (dampened with water) and further cleaned the back, top and sides.   I didn't take pictures of the other side since the railing was in the way to get around but I did clean it :)

Cleaning all fridge-freezer combination at once, inside and outside. I make a choice of which photos to put where. Some will be in more than one thread.


Fridge before cleaning, exterior


Cleaning utensils: rosemary desinfectant 'tea' I made, Lemon juice, baking soda, rag made from old towel, old toothbrush and little fork for the difficult little corners


Hot water (boiling hot) is very good for cleaning!


Clean fridge!

Oops, forgot! I'll do that again and make photos ... later of course, when it isn't clean anymore. So I'll wait for my BBs, no problem.

Hello friends, I have cleaned an exterior of a fridge.  Let's get right into it!  Here's a bunch of dirty pictures. Hey, you asked for them.









OK whew let's clean that mess.









So let's see if that mess is clean. Er.  Some of the stuff that looks like dirt is just dust balls that keep static-clinging.










The cleaner I used was vinegar.

Please give me your thoughts on my Affordable, double-paned earthbag window concept

Oh, sorry I didn't label that very clearly. The coils are underneath.  I removed the front kickplate and vacuumed underneath, pictured here.

That's the problem here too. Very difficult to reach the coils ... so that part of the BB is still waiting until I totally empty all the fridge-freezer another time, to be able to tilt it
