I think it's still worth pulling out.  On my submission up higher you can see how the back of my fridge didn't have coils visible but there were air vents.  The "in" vent was plugged with dust and if I hadn't pulled the fridge out I never would have seen that to clean it off.  Plus I found lots of stuff on the floor to vacuum up back there, no money though

Aww, sorry you didn't find any money.    My fridge is not intended to be serviced by the consumer.  It doesn't have wheels, or even self-leveling feet.  The frame sits directly on the floor.  So without an appliance dolly I can't move it.  But I can understand where you're coming from, so I'll just enjoy my sparkling clean fridge exterior.

While deep cleaning prior to a move, I cleaned the exterior of the refrigerator. There aren't any exposed coils, but the back was fully wiped down. The Unscented Company soap was used with some warm water was used to wipe down the all the front, top, sides, and back. Because I find the soap leaves some streaks on the front, I then use a slightly damp paper towel to wipe down the front again, which seams to work pretty well to get it shiny.

I decided to clean my basement fridge. I don’t feel guilty about cleaning a small fridge after cleaning my monster oven.

I only used hot water with a cloth, a drying cloth and dry cloth for dusting around the back.

Each side was wiped with a hot wet cloth until clean and then dried / polished.

The fridge uses a compressor unit. I unplugged the machine, then used a dry cloth to dust all the gubbins and cleaned all the cables. I removed and cleaned the over flow tray. Here’s the evidence.

My fridge was overdo for a cleaning. I used just water and a rag. We don't have a vacuum, but my husband had a can of compressed air. I used that to blow out the parts in the back that the rag couldn't get to.

I took a TON of photos 1) because there were lots of requirements and 2) my fridge was super dirty, the coils were a MESSSSSSSSS. I didn't use any cleaner, just hot water. The fridge was extremely dirty, just super dusty.
