BEL #793
Visited
Dances With Pigs Meadow along with fellow
Boots Catherine and
Caroline to start off the day. Our goal: collect lots of mulch for the garden berms over at
Allerton Abbey.
I'm certain I mentioned in a previous post or two that I love, love,
love using the golf-club weed-whacker.
Paul calls it a yo-yo, but I don't think I'd ever grow accustomed to that name. Anyhow, I helped the team gather up a bunch of grass and then we trucked it over to the Abbey.
I snapped this photo of Catherine (left) and Caroline just because I thought it was adorable.
In the afternoon, I joined Boot brothers (they really are brothers)
Shawn and
Matt over at
Cooper Cabin. Our goal: use the
tractor to move
Leviathan, the solar battery trailer, to a more-permanent location near the proposed site for the
Solar Sawmill.
After an incredibly-helpful "tractor support call" with
Eliot (thanks once again, man!), we linked the tractor up to the trailer. Only then did it decide to stall out on us. We have a new sensor to install, along with tightening a few clips for the wire mount assembly, so maybe those will help us move the tractor a little further next time.
That's all for now. Thanks for reading, and enjoy your day...!
