That's a lot of candy, but with liquids separated and dehydration happening, it will be a lot lighter that otherwise. It's extremely humid here and I'm curious to see how much dehydration will happen when we get ours built.

They usually take two people to move. In my own system, I'd prefer a 5 gallon bucket to something this big.
