Wow, showing as pre-launch yesterday and I backed it then.  Literally after only a few minutes after the email made it to my inbox this project was about 2/3rds of the way funded by the time I got there.

Now I get the official launching email today and its already funded $7k PAST fully funded.  Congratulations Paul.  I bet you are the most successful Kickstarter guy ever on the planet.  You rock!

Roy, I appreciate your thinking so highly of me!

At the same time ...   we did not get on the front of the kickstarter site like I had hoped.  Because other people were doing kickstarters that brought in far more people in the first hour or two than I did!  A powerfully humbling experience.

I got nothing from Kickstarter, even though I signed up for the notification.

Mike it could be something in your kickstarter account settings (e-mail notifications).

I've got their notification fine and on time, in fact I got two e-mails from KS - one from "notify on launch" and other as a backer of previous campaings from Paul (+ permies mail ).

I'll have to look into that, thanks. I did get an email from them after I backed the project.

Congratulations Paul!

You are amazing!

I am so glad to see these projects being so well received.

I am really glad you will get to make this movie.  It is such important work you are doing.

You are finding the solutions to the problems of the world and making them available on an individual level.

where we have the power.

thank you

The sentiment is common, one permie wrote on the earlybird rewards forum:

WOW!!!  This is so awesome!!  We watched the first half of LTLM1 last night and are on board for the nail-biting sequel!  Bring it on!  Yay earlybirds!!!

I agree!
