I’ve cleaned the fridge relatively recently, so all I needed was water and elbow grease, with just a touch of dish soap in the butter compartment. As far as waste, spoiled produce went to my worm bin or compost heap. Anything with meat, dairy, salt, or much fat went to the garbage because I don’t have animals that can eat it.
