Low Tech Laboratory Movie 2 - kickstarter starts September 19, 2023!

Here is some analysis:

In 2022 we held a PTJ.  Lots of attendees, so lots of stuff got done.  Only we were a bit light on total video footage.  But we did have enough to cobble together a 90 minute movie provided we augmented it in a bunch of ways!

In 2023 we came up with the thing where PTJ video could lead to coin.  But attendance was a bit light.  So we have LOADS of video, but some of the projects didn't get finished.  So we are having a gathering in october to finish stuff.  But we have enough to make a good, rich 2 hour movie in short order with the video that we do have - even if we don't do the event in october.

Most of all, I have strong hopes that we will have lots of attendees and video in 2024.  Most of those hopes are rooted in this kickstarted being successful - so there will be a lot of coin transferred to the pockets of the instructors and the people taking the video.  Thus inspiring them ALL to come back for more!

We now have 4 primary image options to choose from and we want to hear from you.

but I also like how vibrant the sparks are in the blacksmithing one.

For the $1 level, there will be an hour long movie featuring three rocket mass heater projects.

For me it had a "preview" pop-up, then I was able to click "notify me on launch."

Note!  To select a reward, you MUST use the Kickstarter reward menu.  Simply entering a dollar value does not register you for the corresponding reward.

I'm restarting the "Poor Man's Poll" because out of all the possible images from the footage recorded during the PTJ, I couldn't resist creating some more.

I'll be posting two sizes for each image: one in full size and another in the size that Kickstarter displays thumbnails. Please keep in mind that we want to capture people's attention, especially at the smaller size.

just curious... why 2 names? "log steps / stairs"
it causes me to stumble as I read.

"Bob" also stumble, and feel stress (feel messed with) by not sharing with me what in the world "Bob" is. I subtly register that I don't count in your world. I'd like to be "in" on the joke. Why? you give this hunk of trunk a name?

lordy! that insulated roof name is long! opposite experience of "Bob!" Consider making it shorter & same in picture & text... how about

shakes and shingles are the same thing (can't honestly guess what this is... can a different picture help us make sense? and I'm guessing the KEY info is the myco-insullation.
