Looks like a great book and I am sure you had fun researching for it... all those pancakes and breads, well just all that food you had to try.  lol

I love your cheese making book and the style you use to teach so I know that this book will also be an incredible resource for learning how to make sourdough work with your own lifestyle! Congratulations!
